Andy leads the company's customer care, customer engagement, communications, community engagement, and strategic business intelligence teams.

A frequent speaker and master of ceremonies for local community events and charitable organizations, Wappler has been connecting with communities throughout Washington State for more than two decades. His background includes communications roles with the Washington Roundtable, The Boeing Company and The Fearey Group, as well as being a meteorologist and journalist for some of the region’s top television, newspaper and radio outlets. Wappler has served on the boards of the Cascade Land Conservancy, Bellevue Police Foundation and Woodland Park Zoo.

Certified by the American Meteorological Society, Wappler has a Master of Science degree in Journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in English from the University of Washington.

Under her direction, PSE is focused on talent retention and attraction, employee experience, and ensuring PSE has an inclusive and diverse workforce who can meet the needs of all of our customers.

Kim joined PSE in 2016 as director of human resources. Prior to PSE, she held executive roles inside and outside of the utility industry. From 2009 to 2016, she served as deputy director of Seattle Public Utilities, where she was responsible for human resources, environmental justice and service equity, safety and HR operations, and data management. Prior to that, she was director of human resources for Cox Communications in Phoenix, Arizona. She’s also held roles with The Dial Corporation and Motorola.

Kim has a bachelor’s degree in business from The College of New Jersey. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. Kim lives in Bellevue, Washington.

She is responsible for contracts and supply chain, enterprise projects and performance, and corporate shared services as well as PSE’s information technology efforts.

Margaret began her career at Philip Morris, holding down several technical and leadership positions. From there, her career grew into roles at The Chubb Corporation as AVP, infrastructure manager, and at Safeco Insurance as vice president of IT operations, the latter of which she held an executive seat on the Leadership Committee. She joined PSE in 2009 as director of IT infrastructure.

For recreation, Margaret enjoys spending time outside hiking, she holds a degree from Penn State, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.

She is responsible for PSE Foundation’s investment strategies and PSE’s short and long-term treasury strategies, including cash management, financing activities, capital structure, and managing banking, investor, and rating agency relationships.

Previously, Cara served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance where she successfully launched PSE’s corporate enterprise risk management program in 2014 and led the board and officers in identifying and addressing major risks that face our business as well as leading the compliance and quality management organization. Over her 16 years with PSE, in addition to Enterprise Risk and Compliance, Cara has held many roles including corporate strategy & engagement manager, manager of FP&A and multiple years as an analyst in the generation resource acquisition team.

She holds a Masters in in Business Administration from Albers School of Business at Seattle University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from University of Puget Sound. Outside of the office, Cara enjoys spending time with her family and serves as a board member for Food Lifeline helping combat hunger across Washington State.

She provides strategic guidance through all layers of the company, managing a wide range of legal matters including litigation, claims, corporate ethics, privacy, and labor and employment. She also is the legal advisor for the PSE Foundation.

She joined PSE in 2003 after practicing law at Stoel Rives in Seattle and Nutter McClennen & Fish in Boston. Kendall is a graduate of Wellesley College and Cornell Law School.
