Foundation Grant Application Process
The Puget Sound Energy Foundation's online application is designed to make applying for a grant as simple as possible for our community partners.
Deadlines
All qualified online applications submitted by 5 p.m. PT on the deadline date will be considered for that grant making round.
The following deadlines have been established for 2008:
April 1
October 1*
*Please note: Applications for capital projects will be reviewed once per
year after the October 1 deadline.
Organizations that receive funding will be eligible to apply for another grant one year later. Qualified applicants who do not receive funding may re-apply as often as they choose.
Criteria
The Foundation reserves the right to determine the eligibility and
competitiveness of any application.
Non-profit organizations with an IRS 501(c)3 tax exempt status that are located
in and serve the people of Puget Sound Energy's
service and operations area
are eligible to apply for a Puget Sound Energy Foundation grant.
The grant process is competitive. Requests will be evaluated in relation to
all proposals received and the availability of resources.
